Who we are

CSA is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with our Affiliate Program.

What data we collect

Identification and contact details: name, email, phone, address, country of residence, payout country. Account and payment details: payout method (e.g., bank/IBAN/SWIFT, PayPal/Wise email), tax information where required. Compliance/KYC data (Enhanced Review jurisdictions): government-issued ID, proof of address, selfie verification outcomes, screening results.

Program activity: referral links, clicks, conversions, sales attributed, commission calculations, payout history. Technical data: device, IP address, timestamps, cookies used for attribution via GetSavvy (white-labeled Go High Level). Communications: messages with our team, approval/creative submissions, compliance reviews.

Operate the Affiliate Program: generate links, track referrals, calculate and pay commissions, provide dashboards. Legal basis: contract performance; legitimate interests.

Compliance and risk management: sanctions screening (UK OFSI, UN, and where relevant OFAC/EU), fraud prevention, AML/CTF checks, record keeping. Legal basis: legal obligation; legitimate interests.

Communications and support: onboarding, approvals, policy updates, compliance requests. Legal basis: contract performance; legitimate interests. Website and attribution analytics: cookies and similar tech within GetSavvy to attribute sales. Legal basis: consent where required (e.g., for non-essential cookies); legitimate interests otherwise. Legal claims and rights: establishing, exercising, or defending claims. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Cookies and tracking

We use GetSavvy/GHL cookies or similar tracking to attribute referrals (typically a 30-day window). Details are provided in our Cookie Notice. You can manage preferences via our cookie banner; refusing non-essential cookies may affect attribution.

Data sharing

Service providers/processors: GetSavvy/Go High Level (CRM and tracking), payment providers (Wise/PayPal/banks), KYC/screening tools (if used), IT/security, email services.

Your rights (UK/EEA and similar jurisdictions) Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing in certain circumstances. Your responsibilities

Keep your account information accurate and up to date. Do not collect or store CSA customer personal data outside CSA systems. Follow disclosure and advertising rules (e.g., ASA/CMA in the UK; FTC in the US). Lawful basis for sanctions/KYC checks. We conduct proportionate checks to comply with sanctions and financial crime laws and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and complying with counterparties (e.g., payment processors). Checks may include screening your name against public sanctions lists.

Children

The Affiliate Program is for individuals 18+. We do not knowingly process affiliate data for minors.

Updates

We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or the affiliate dashboard.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
