Refund Policy

, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital goods, hard goods, subscription-based services, or courses from
Center for Sustainable Action
and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund or partial refund under the conditions outlined below.

, please note the following refund terms:
Non-Refundable Portion: A non-refundable fee of £150 is included in the course price of £799. This fee covers costs associated with access to the SDG Assessment tools provided by our technology partners, which are made available immediately upon purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds for the course will only be considered if:
There is a proven fault with the course or its materials, and the issue has not been appropriately addressed after being brought to our attention.The client has completed the entire course and can provide evidence that they gained no value or benefit from the training, tools, or resources provided.
Refund Request Process for Courses:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via this Refund Request Form within30 days of completing the course. The request must include: A detailed explanation of the fault or lack of value experienced.Evidence of course completion and engagement with the materials (e.g., completed workbooks, assessments, or participation records).
Exclusions:
Refunds will not be issued for reasons unrelated to the course content, technology, or delivery (e.g., change of personal circumstances or inability to commit time to the course).
To be eligible for a refund on hard goods, the following steps must be taken:
Refund must be requested in writing by contacting [email protected]. The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Hard goods must be returned to Center for Sustainable Action immediately, according to the instructions provided upon contacting us. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new or re-sellable condition, as determined by Center for Sustainable Action at its sole, reasonable discretion.
