Sian Young

Sian Young is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, author, international speaker, and health coach—Co-Founder of the Centre for Sustainable Action and the SDG Assessment ecosystem—on a mission to help small businesses become both sustainably led and seriously profitable through research, technology, and cooperation. Shaped by 20 years in business and a journey from seven years of homelessness to two years bedridden, she champions the “interconnection” between planet and profit and created the proven Sustainable Health & Wellbeing (SHaW) Method, built from Dr. James’ Sustainable Strategic Growth Model (SSGM).

Dr Lowellyne James

Dr. Lowellyne James is an academic, author, and sustainability consultant who helps small businesses and fast-growth companies build products and services that are inherently sustainable, purpose-led, and profitable, and he pioneered the ©Certificate in Sustainability Strategy and ©Diploma in Sustainability Strategy. He’s a Climate Insider Top 19 expert for ESG and carbon footprint management, Co‑Creator of the SDG Assessment app (named a Top #60 FinTech startup at Hong Kong FinTech Week 2024), and Founder/Director of the Centre for Sustainable Action, bringing experience from academia, consultancy, and training with organisations including Amazon, Aviva, Hyperledger Foundation, and the UN Global Climate Action Summit.

Dr Mary-Jane Poku

Dr. Mary-Jane Poku brings 20+ years of expertise in biology, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences to CSA, offering evidence-based, empathetic leadership that strengthens our science and research direction as we expand global impact in sustainable development. A Senior Lecturer at London Metropolitan University, her sustainability research (including Brewing Research Foundation–sponsored work to reduce carbon footprints and resource use) and her commitment to social justice and inclusivity in education make her a powerful strategic advisor for helping businesses and communities thrive sustainably.

Katerina Bohuslavová

Katerina Bohuslavová is a seasoned ESG and sustainability leader and Founder/CEO of Rational Sustainability Advisory, bringing deep, data-driven expertise to CSA as we help SMEs and entrepreneurs build resilience, transparency, and alignment with global standards. Former Chief Sustainability Officer at CEZ Group, she led award-winning ESG reporting and strategy initiatives—including an ESG Data Library recognised with the Reuters Responsible Business Award 2023—and now advises CSA on ESG data collection and SDG-aligned impact to drive measurable, evidence-based change.

Miroslava Stodolicova

Miroslava Stodolicova, MBA is a distinguished finance leader with 20+ years’ experience driving performance, governance, and high-impact decision-making, bringing a strong blend of financial strategy and sustainability alignment to CSA’s Advisory Board. With leadership experience spanning organisations such as AbbVie, Unilever, and Mars Inc., she supports CSA’s mission by strengthening financial planning and accountability so SMEs can pursue long-term, SDG-aligned growth with confidence.

Alexander Coles

Alexander is a serial entrepreneur and AI technology advocate who brings deep experience in business development, partnerships, and scaling AI products to CSA as we innovate and expand our global impact. As Co-Founder and CEO of Mentai Ltd, he led go-to-market and fundraising for an AI EdTech start-up with global pilots, and as CSA’s NED AI Technology Advisor he supports the cooperative by applying cutting-edge AI, product strategy, and capital-raising expertise to help SMEs align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
